Alessandro, our Chef. He comes to Gellius after having cut his teeth in the kitchens of some very important Italian and foreign restaurants. His is a cuisine crafted with genuine passion and a profound understanding of tradition, but he is always experimenting new techniques to create original and refined dishes that will both awe and delight.
